FULL STACK SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER (.NET)

Currently, we are looking to hire a talented Full Stack Senior Developer who enjoys taking full responsibility from requirements specification to delivery.
As a Full Stack Senior Software Developer you will work with designing, implementing and delivering features throughout the vertical of the product (from Front-End to Back-End). You will also be in a role to lead, mentor and coach the team of developers. Interest in understanding the business we are in and a wish to deliver high quality functionality to end users is important. We are searching for a senior developer who is passionate about delivering high quality functionality and who is eager to learn new technologies. We believe you to have 5+ years of experience of development of Web-based and relational database based systems. You should be collaborative, a team player and we offer many opportunities to share knowledge.
The company is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and most of the development is in the Microsoft environment. We would like you to be certified or have an interest in certification. Experienced developers and our architect (himself an MVP) will help you to develop in this role and also achieve certifications.
Place of work: Either Stockholm, Sweden or Tallinn, Estonia. Both offices have a central location in the respective city.
You must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Understanding and experience of the whole software development lifecycle (incl Scrum or other agile methods)
- Good understanding of object oriented design, data structures and relational database design
- Experience with designing and building scalable and performing web applications and services
- Experience with design patterns and principles
- Experience with .NET, C# and ASP.NET MVC
- Experience with T-SQL and SQL Server database development
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- EU Citizenship
It’s a plus if you have at least 2 of these:
- Experienced in leading or mentoring small development teams in an agile environment Understanding of usability and user experience design
- Experience with Entity Framework or (N)Hibernate
- Experience with XSL and XSLT
- Experience with reporting and SQL Reporting services
- Experience with Test Driven Development

TECHNICAL PROJECT LEAD
We are searching for a hands-on agile technical project lead and/or senior developer who enjoys taking full responsibility from requirements specification to delivery.
You should be able to lead and mentor other developers in an agile process and have good communication and motivational skills. We expect you to have experience of the whole software development lifecycle and experience of working with large and scalable systems. You are passionate about agile delivery with quality in time.
You will be the link between the stakeholders and development and have the technical lead in our many development projects, which are typically small international. You will define and clarify requirements together with the customers, and make sure we complete our development projects in time and often in short cycles.
In order to meet these requirements we believe you have a good understanding of software development as well as related technologies and processes.
All development is in the Microsoft environment. The teams work with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL and some ASP, XML, XSL, and integrations. We continuously develop new features in parallel with uplifting the existing product to the latest technology. It is therefore a merit if you also have some experience of legacy systems.
“Development lead” (for us) means taking decisions on design, assigning tasks and ensuring their completion; making sure requirements are clear, tasks are planned smart, and that required information is collected in time, involving colleagues and customers, resolving any bottlenecks and follow-up to ensure delivery on time.
As a multi-project owner and development team lead you will be the single point of contact for the team, management and customers regarding deliverables. You will be supported by the team, management, other team leads, all based in Stockholm or Tallinn.

- You have 5 years of experience of development in Microsoft technologies

Central Stockholm office at the “roof tops”:
The job is located in our main office in Stockholm but we also have offices in Denmark and Estonia. The Stockholm location is in a spacious top floor office with a huge patio overlooking the rooftops of Vasastan, conveniently reached by bus, commuter train and metro. The role is full time, and we prefer that you could start on short notice.
